​How Do I Place An Order?

 

To place an order, select the style of the item you would like to purchase., The price of the item less the shipping cost will be shown.  Second, add the items to your cart.  Third, select place order and follow the on screen instructions to provide payment information.  

Payment Options and Shipping

We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, and DISCOVER.  We may also accept payment through VENMO and CASH APP.  Item(s) will be mailed within 3-5 business days for non-special orders.  Custom or special orders will be shipped within 5-7  business days upon receipt of payment.  Item exchanges will be shipped 5-7 business days upon receipt of exchanged item.  When you conduct a transaction on our website, as part of the process, we collect personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. Your personal information will be used for the specific reasons stated above only.

Exchanges​

 

We want you to be as happy wearing your item(s) as we were making your item(s).  That is why we will replace an item if it is defective or damaged as a result of quality or craftsmanship.  For all exchanges, customers must e-mail their concern to lovealwaysmommyclay@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving items.  Please allow 5-7 business days for shipment of an item exchange or refund.
